Refund policy

1. Overview
At Pipa's Creations and Crown & Crest Art, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items.

2. Non-Refundable Items  
- Physical Products: All ready-made physical items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you review the product details carefully before completing your purchase. 

- Digital Gift Cards are also non refundable due to the nature of the product. 

3. Shipping and Delivery
All shippable items will be sent via tracked delivery to prevent fraud and ensure that your order reaches you securely. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
